Graduate How to tell if a particle trajectory is rectilinear and velocity positive
There's this graphic of space (s) versus time (t) of a particle. How would I know if the trajectory is always rectilinear and if the velocity is always positive? Observation: none of these "sentences" are true in this graphic. But I want to know how would I know these things if they were...- fabrc

High School Why is heat directly proportional to specific heat capacity in Q = m·C·ΔT?
Quantity of heat (Q) is directly proportional to specific heat (C)? I thought that they would be inversely proportional because the higher the value of C, more heat is necessary to make a variation of temperature but somehow it seems wrong. Help please! :confused: Thanks!- fabrc
