I have spent 45 years developing business applications, communications networks and electro-mechanical machine controls. Every piece of mail you can find has been processed by 20 or 30 different components of USPS equipment I helped develop and maintain. My life lives on in the wastebaskets of the world. My life work will never die as long as the U.S. mail sends ads, statements and precious letters to Santa. I can't find a job any more so I may as well teach the children of the people who will not hire me.
I have participated in the implementation of compliance programs for CMM and CMMI standards. I understand and am experienced in various engineering process models. I have taught classes in the development history of my products and given instruction and documentation for the transfer of knowledge from my organization to a client.
Someone needs to feed the voracious minds of those who hunger to learn. HEY! I can do that!
