Some minerals can be recycled, but I don't think 'all' of them can be. But you do bring up a good point. What happens in +100 yrs (or longer) when all of our resources are mined and used. (meaning no recycle option)... what happens then??

The reason I posted this was because I've never heard of a 'white only' type scholarship. Granted you only need to be 25% white, but still. Is there any other (private or public) scholarship like that?
Honestly, its about time. Not to sound racist or anything, but I'm white and grew up poor. My parents didn't have money to send me to college. As a 'white' kid I was never eligible for most of the special types of loans/grants/scholarships that minority's are. I'm glad to see one established for...

Now, granted the US is on a downward spiral (repairable, but not as powerful as we once were) but, to say that we are not a superpower is, IMHO a little nuts.. and the basis for this? our economic influence, military power, etc...
as for 'keeping the peace' .. same rules that apply on the...
