hi i was doing the speed of sound using resonance tube and we kept n constant and changed length and and found frequency. Tone gen app for iPhone was used to find frequency.we can change it to find the best resonance and record the frequency that gave the best.

thanks for pointing out the mistake its hear. but experimentally when I was finding the speed of sound i found 587.2Hz as a result I am looking for the uncertainty i can use to add to the graph. since we heard the frequency i thought uncertainty should bee the human hearing difference

what can be the uncertainty of the frequency that humans can hear ? I'm aware that there are many ways,but i tried google-ing to find them but i couldnt. if you could help me it would be great.

how is that related to bungee jumping

because the stiffness would change the damping effect and would not stretch properly and would lose the fun

since I've never been on a bungee jump i would worry if i would hit the ground. are you talking about speed or gravity

the only way i know is because of heavy mass of jumper the string breaks and he hits the ground. except for like bad jumping

yes but i was told to use mass as a factor affecting the safety of a bungee jump. i don't know how to use my data to find tensile strength

im thinking how to show that there is a point where the string would break. and show that using there is a mass it can hold. ive done my practical changing mass and taking the stretched distance
