How do vaccine work in the human body?
Vaccines work by activating the immune system in various ways to allow specific immune cells to gain "memory". With this memory, the immune system produces a more effective response to the pathogen on the second time around. This is just a general explanation that scrapes the surface. If you...- GoneRogue

Why am I controlling this body? - The mysterys of DNA and consciousness
I don't understand your questioning. Are you looking for some metaphysical answer on consciousness? If so, you are definitely in the wrong forum :)- GoneRogue

Reactants of Photosynthesis & Respiration (as well as the product)
Yes, the photosynthesis equation is looking good. I wouldn't use the term "free energy" with ATP as it can be confusing when you start to learn about Gibbs Free Energy. Just call it an "energy source". The equation you provided also needs ATP on the reactants side.- GoneRogue

What is the energy source for cellular respiration?
Plants don't "create photosynthesis". They use the process of photosynthesis to create glucose with the help of sunlight. Is this for a biology or english class? If it's the former, you could drop the adjectives and report the facts. I'm just nitpicking on that point and I can be a little...- GoneRogue

You are not just as likely to end up as another organism because you are the very product of two organisms from the same species.- GoneRogue

What is the energy source for cellular respiration?
Light is the energy that makes things happen in photosynthesis. ATP is the universal energy source for all organisms. In cellular respiration (both anaerobic and aerobic), ATP is the source of energy that is used to breakdown glucose. Although ATP is used in these processes, there is a net...- GoneRogue

Reactants of Photosynthesis & Respiration (as well as the product)
Don't forget to put light in the photosynthesis equation :) Also, be sure to denote the second equation as "aerobic respiration" and it yields ATP (energy). You're on the right track.- GoneRogue

What is the by-product when skeletal cells respire anaerobically ?
Ah, thanks Moonbear the clarification/extension.. I also noticed a blunder in my original post "process of anaerobic process", which should read "process of anaerobic respiration". So is glycolysis the only anaerobic pathway for respiration in muscle cells? That's more what I was thinking...- GoneRogue

DocToxyn is correct, and the process of anaerobic process is known as glycolysis.- GoneRogue

Debunking the Myth: Is O3 Really Heavier than O2 in the Ozone Layer?"
I found a site where the title of the page may interest you: "How Can Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) Get to the Stratosphere If They're Heavier than Air?" "CFC molecules are indeed several times heavier than air. Nevertheless, thousands of measurements from balloons, aircraft, and satellites... -

Importance of conformational changes during catalysis
It's been a while since I've taken bio, but maybe I can help you out. A conformational change is a structural change in the active site (where the substrate binds) on the enzyme. The cause of the conformational change, in the case of an allosteric enzyme, happens when the allosteric activator...- GoneRogue
