What LLM model are you using because when I ask ChatGPT5.1, Claude Opus 4.5 or Gemini-3-Pro, it answers with two digits the first time. So what are you saying, it's sentient and intending to lie? What is your technical definition of an LLM hallucination

"makes stuff up" is imprecise. Every token is selected from a probability distribution. Depending on settings, it will select the token with the highest probability of confidence. OpenAI admitted that hallucinations are a feature not a bug. Rather than return with "we don't know", they will...

I think at this point that is impossible due to the transformer architecture and training. AI can't do anything truly novel yet.

Yeah it's a pain point. The issue is that it's not an option to exclude forums. I'm leaning on the devs hard lol. We need more likes on other threads to bounce it out.
