High School What is at the center of the universe?
can i raise the point of infinite vs finite here as it really is relevant. if the universe is infinite as some theories try to suggest then it has no central point, its infinite therefore there are no borders for the central point to be established against. so before we hypothesise about...- HeavenTornApart

Can Omnipotence Escape Logical Paradoxes?
yup I'm sure that if you apply logic to the stone theory above it will show that the omnipotence is a logical paradox. this doesn't mean its not possiable just illogical!- HeavenTornApart

Can a Computer Truly Exhibit Free Will?
humm could be interesting if it did work that way, but anyway I am still happy with choosing to believe that i have freewill and can make my own decisions. i choose which morals i live by and which i don't live by. by the way things like the 2nd Newton law can probably be proven by...- HeavenTornApart

Graduate Humans can maybe create a universe
i wouldn't call the universe an oxymoron too loudly if i were you, it might object. but ok i see the point your making here but no matter how much it expands, surly the fact that its expanding implies that it is finite, as an infinite area has no borders and therefore can't expand- HeavenTornApart

Can Omnipotence Escape Logical Paradoxes?
ok point taken on that one let's stop trying to work out whether god himself is logical or illogical. lets get back to the original subject the illogicallity of omni-potence. im sure we would have to agree that omnipotence in itself can be classed as being illogical if you use the stone...- HeavenTornApart

Can Omnipotence Escape Logical Paradoxes?
that would make him illogical surely, if you do things which are logical and illogical then that makes you illogical doesn't it? the universe collapsing depends on if you believe it is infinite or finite. an infinite universe can't technically collapse, so let's hope it infinite shall we- HeavenTornApart

Can a Computer Truly Exhibit Free Will?
you can't discount special cases they do crop up now and then, if there is a million in one chance that something will happen then it will happen but only rarely! anyway what's so special about having the ability to choose whether or not to break the rules, we have laws but we sometimes break...- HeavenTornApart

Can Omnipotence Escape Logical Paradoxes?
im not hot female I am hot male so no pics for you, and if he is all powerfull then the stone theory from earlier remains valid and therefore makes hi omnipotence illogical, but still possiable- HeavenTornApart

Graduate Humans can maybe create a universe
so that would then mean that the universe is finite, and therefore has borders which would also allow for doppler shift and the expanding universe theory correct?- HeavenTornApart

Can Omnipotence Escape Logical Paradoxes?
:!) i love you i love you :!) sigh let's start again life and death have nothing to do with it, as going from life to death requires an action. however you don't go from being a logical being to being an illogical being. they are opposing sides, if you are a logical being you do...- HeavenTornApart

im slightly confussed here and I am no expert in any of these fields but, i always thought that the universe was infinite, therefore where do these parralell universe's exist other than in side our own, but surely this would then make them part of our universe? please correct me if I'm...- HeavenTornApart

Can a Computer Truly Exhibit Free Will?
it could be any of those things. conciousness has many names. it could be called the self, the spirit, the soul, the mind. etc what we call it doesn't matter, it is the part of us that makes the decisions. personnally i call mine "me"- HeavenTornApart
