High School Resistor Concept: Series & Parallel Circuits
Thank you for helping again! I don't quite understand this part. Do you mean voltage drop? So if I have a given voltage and resistance, i can calculate the current through the resistor and that current is the same throughout the resistor? "voltage must change indirectly with resistance"...- IvaNMK

High School Resistor Concept: Series & Parallel Circuits
Thank you What do you mean by opposes current? Push the current back? So resistor will reduce voltage, but not current? So will the voltage be lesser after it pass one or several resistors? Keep decreasing?- IvaNMK

Comparing Brightness in Series and Parallel Lightbulb Circuits
you mean that lightbulbs in series receive less current than those in parallel? Isnt that Current is the same throughout the whole series? and Total current in parallel circuit is the sum of all currents flowing thru all branches?- IvaNMK

Comparing Brightness in Series and Parallel Lightbulb Circuits
Homework Statement How do the bulb's brightness compare? Which ones will be brighter or dimmer? What will happen if a resistor is placed before Bulb 2? and What will happen if a resistor is placed between Bulb 2 and 3? Does it matter if i place the resistor before or after the ammeter? Will...- IvaNMK

High School What is Voltage? Answers to Your Questions
First of all, Thank DeShark and DrZoidberg for helping. I understood a lot from reading your response. Just want to make sure, does the negative charge electron only move from negative side of a battery to the positive side? That means the current is from - to +? My book always shows the...- IvaNMK

High School What is Voltage? Answers to Your Questions
I have seen lots of things with voltage written on them. So what is voltage, what does it do? Does a battery contain tons of electrons (or protons, i don't know) on the positive side, and then when i use a wire to connect the both sides, what would happen? All the charged particles flow...- IvaNMK
