Potential Difference : Difference in electric potential energy between two points that will cause current to flow in a closed circuit

Could someone tell me how to solve this question please? The potential difference between the two terminals on a battery is 9 volts. How much work (energy) is required to transfer 10 coulombs of charge across the terminals.

That's what I don't get how to do. What do I do to find V? Do I divide E by Q? I'm sorry I'm really so bad at this ):

Could anyone help me with this question? I don't know how to find the Potential Difference. For example. It gives is say ( V is volts. Q is C - Culombs. E is J Joules) V= ? E= 45J Q= 15C I'm not sure how to solve this
