Urmm, by 'a meal twice a day' i meant the basic necessities of life..i wasnt referring to breakfast in particular. Ofcourse i do have breakfast. I understand, its justified to do anything that is legal, but anything apart from medicine and engg. is usually discouraged here. Thats what i meant...
