Engineering, yes. But which engineering?
If you're not too sure, i'd pick mechanical. IT covers pretty much all the different areas of engineering and leaves you with widest career options. If you haven't done so yet, i'd look at specific modules for the courses at the universities you intend to apply to and see which ones are more...- kjr

What is the Best Reflective Material for a Solar Cooker?
Just a thought, not sure how well it would work, but if you got some metallic paint, sprayed it onto a dish and polished it to mirror shine it might have properties good enough for what you need. I think getting 100% would be pretty expensive and unfeasible for this purpose, but some less...- kjr
