Then we'd just have to argue about that thing's omnipotence.- luxv66

Is omnipotence intrinsically paradoxical?
What about the following in Mathew: Matthew 19:23 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven. 24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into...- luxv66

Is Copyright Infringement Morally Equivalent to Stealing?
That's exactly right. No matter how much an aritst loves their craft, at the end of the day they still have to eat and pay the rent. It doesn't only affect commercial crap like Britney Spears. No matter how much passion you have, it's kind of tough to produce your music if you have to work 40...- luxv66

Is good and evil just a matter of perspective or are they fundamental truths?
Just as a side note, the German army wasn't directly involved in the Holocaust. That was a higher-level affair but that's a history topic. All I'm saying is that plenty of evil or bad things are very well ordered. I think history shows that in their perverse logic, the Nazis thought they...- luxv66

So the question would be: Was it really the Egg that came first?
Now that I think about it, the orignal chicken that is the current product of evolution was obviously hatched from an egg. If we're talking about your standard chicken egg (sorry, I'm no chicken expert) that we see today, then the egg it hatched from was the first chciken egg and not the first...- luxv66

"Chicken - you can create a chicken hrough evolution but the egg can only come from a chicken and so the chicken must come first."- luxv66

Well to avoid turning this into a relgious thread we can agree that an ACTUAL chicken came before an ACTUAL egg. ;)- luxv66

So the question would be: Was it really the Egg that came first?
In that case it's pretty obvious that the egg came first. Well, if you take "egg" to really mean the vehicle for birth* and not an actual egg. This is really just another question of cosmology the further you take it back. *for lack of a better term- luxv66

The chicken in question didn't just form out of a pile of goo even if is was through evolution. Our final chicken still had to have been hatched at some point.- luxv66

The egg's only a potential hen. There must an actual hen before there's a potential hen.- luxv66
