A Topology - Boundary of a ball without a point
As stated, assuming real space of n dimensions, the boundary consists of all points at a distance 1 from the origin. Your statement is confusing? What has f to do with the ball boundary?- mathman

Does 'rest' have a precise mathematical definition?
I used 'placed' instead of 'resting' and it works. My intent was y is a line segment with ends a and b while x is a line sub segment of y with ends c and d and ##c\ge a,d\le b##- mathman

Does 'rest' have a precise mathematical definition?
Math qyuestion for AI (Skype) include an expression that x is resting on y (both straight line segments). AI insisted that x coincides with y, while my intent was only placing x on y. Does 'rest' have such a narrow definition?- mathman

What are the significant enhancements of GPT-4?
Gave following to chatGPT and got answer for ;inradius; of triangle, not radius of semicircle! Can AI handle geometry problems?
My answers are ## r=\frac{b\times c}{b+c}sin(A)## and,## x=\frac{a\times c}{b+c},\ x## measured from angle B I get r as the distance from the diameter center to both other sides points of tangency. I use sine law to get rid of sin(B) and sin(C). AI radius is not radius of semicircle.- mathman
