Henderson Hasselbalch Buffers and Volumes
Homework Statement You have 725 mL of an 0.55 acetic acid solution. What volume (V) of 1.30 M NaOH solution must you add in order to prepare an acetate buffer of pH = 4.99? ( The pKa of acetic acid is 4.76.) [/B] Homework Equations pH = pKa + log A/HA Ratio of A- to HA = 10^(pH-pKA)[/B]The...- Meadow_Lark

When Does a Disc Reach Its Average Angular Velocity During Each Revolution?
I am so confused by this question. I do not have a clue what I am supposed to do here. Can you please help?? [1pt] For each ith revolution, at what time point does the disc reach its average angular velocity? For example, for the 10th revolution what is the total elapsed time from the...- Meadow_Lark

Undergrad Spring Constant and Spring Series
I have a question about the spring constant of springs in series. Basically why is it less than the springs involved in the series? I know that when in series the spring constant is the sum of the inverse of each spring involved, but why? thanks.- Meadow_Lark
