Schools How useful is grad school for an entrepreneur?
I'm talking about engineering grad school (MS). When I say entrepreneur I'm talking R&D for new products/technology/small start-up. Would it be more useful to: A. Keep an existing full time job while going to school part time (paid for by the company with 3 years service after degree)...- mooktank

Can Private Loans Be Deferred in Grad School and Used to Pay Off Undergrad Debt?
Make sure it's a private school loan. That way you will be able to defer payment. I got one during my undergrad from JP Morgan/Chase/American Education Services. Interest is not that low but it's sure lower than a credit card or normal personal loan.- mooktank

MATLAB Octave vs Matlab: Will I Run Into Trouble?
Has anyone here used the open source Octave as opposed to Matlab? I don't have access to Matlab right now and Octave claims to be compatible to a high extent. Will I run into trouble if I learn Octave thoroughly then have to switch to Matlab for collaborative reasons?- mooktank

Creating a Pneumatic Piston System with Small Pistons and an Air Tank Control
You'd need to make sure energy doesn't leave the system if you don't want to have a compressor in there somewhere. You can find air actuators and valves at Mcmaster-carr.- mooktank
