No it isn't. You have to use L'Hospital's Rule (the answer is 2). 0/0 is not considered undefined such as 3/0 is anyways...it is considered an indeterminate quantity.

Just relax and try to focus solely on the test (while taking it). Being smart in no way prohibits you from doing well on a standardized test.
