[(x2 - 4)(x2 + 3)1/2] - [(x2 - 4)2(x2 + 3)3/2] I understand the first half which comes out to... (x-2)(x+2)(x2 + 3)1/2 I have know idea how to start the second half. Thanks in advance.

My apologies, the problem was the second one.

(3/x-2) - (4/x+2) / (7/x2-4) I got it down to... -x+14/7 but the book is showing x-14/7

man i can't believe i messed that one up so final answer is (x+3)^1/2 (-x-2)

so that would come out to (x+3)^1/2 [1 - (x + 3)]

well 3/2 minus 1/2 equals 1. so wouldn't [(x+3)/(x+3)] = 1?

Simplify (x+3)1/2 - (x+3)3/2 i honestly am so lost on this one how i approached it was (x+3)1/2 [1 - ((x+3)3/2 / (x+3)1/2)] but again, i have no idea what I'm doing.

factor completely 2x3 - 8a2x + 24x2 + 72x so far i got 2x(x2 + 12x + 36) - 8a2x 2x(x+6)(x+6) - 8a2x don't know what to do from here.
