Ok sure...a telescoping pair of plane wings...with gossamer skin skin and deployable with a compressed gas cylinder ..to shouldn't be any larger than a parachute.. even lighter.. I can even picture how to build it... Im a 4 x TBI survivor and if you think of the film "rain man" he saw pictures...
