PhD research to industry question
It is awesome to hear your transition from the lab to industry! After speaking with the professor I would come in with a TA for the first semester and possible the second since I have not completed my masters, so this would be a similar situation that I would be in at the first school.- psiv92

I have not considered applied physics. I have not seen that offered frequently at the schools I've been considering, but will look into it more. From my understanding applied physics is sort of a "bridge" between physics and engineering, would having a degree like this eliminate the...- psiv92
