Why is Symmetry Postulated in Quantum Field Theory and Particle Physics?
In Quantum Field Theory and in particles physics, there's a postulate that is SIMMETRY. Why exists this postulate? Best reggards.- Raparicio

Sink and Sources in Fluid Mechanics: Attraction, Repulsion, and Vortices
Dear Friends, I have some questions about the efects of sink, sources and vortices. Both sink and source in fluids mechanics, are a region near a point that attracts or repels, for example, a particle. In the case of a vortice, in adition, a particle will be atract and approach towards the...- Raparicio

Sound vs Light Waves: Compare & Contrast
are light waves, plane waves? I've seen the example that always shows a electro-magnetic wave, with one 90º in diference to the other. But, really is this way?- Raparicio

Wave Drag: Is it the Same as Fluid Resistance?
... One is about Stoke's equation, and the other is much complicated, but I don't know if, for an object into fluid, there are this two or only Stokes's one. Best reggards (interesting picture, your avatar!)- Raparicio

Wave Drag: Is it the Same as Fluid Resistance?
Dear FredGarvin, I've read it referent to a boat in surface. My question is that if this could happen, i.e. a submarine, or not (one force due to friction and another due to wave drag) or if two are the same. best reggards.- Raparicio
