What I can`t get out of my mind is that Gravity as a canceling force should be able to reduce the amount of E to 0 at the same time M would be = to zero as well. And the only existing force would be gravity. If this is possible the matter would be able to travel at any speed. If E=0 and M=0...

I think it is impossible to transform the total amount of KE into any other kind of energy. Just by jumping my body creates friction with the air particles transforming some of the energy into heat. And there are countless variables like this one. The word absolute pretty much does not exist...
