This is incorrect. To say White light doesn't exist you can say RGB light doesn't exist. In so much as you'd rank senses by the rods they require, none of the rods in general have unique area without sensitive overlap, so they are all at least 2 cones, colors need 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 cones. Moving...
