Interesting theory... but I'm not sure if that would even work. Black Holes have gravity so strong, that it destroys what ever goes in. So nothing actually 'builds up' in them. And there are also theories of the existence of White Holes, which essencially are the opposite of Black Holes...

Maybe we are forgetting something guys... We all know the universe is composed of 90% Dark Matter. and the other 10% is everything else. Maybe the 'void', the empty space (if it exists), is Dark Matter.
