Looking for home educational material
It's not a complete course, but if you're studying these topics on your own I highly recommend checking out the PHET simulator tool on the university of colorado's website. The interactive illustrations are cool, and extremely useful!- SuperiorPrep

Deciding between computer science and engineering
I was a psychology major so perhaps learning how to write programs that think/learn sounds more interesting to me, so I would choose computer science.
