    quick question, could this problem be solved using conservation of energy, i.e initial kinetic energy at the top plus gravitational potential energy equals kinetic energy at the bottom KE(1) + GPE = KE(2) so 1/2 I[ω(1)]^2 + mgΔh = 1/2 I[ω(2)]^2 or am i missing something?
