Undergrad Will the Universe Shrink and Reignite Life?
so you mean with all the known laws of physics we know (for sure) the acceleration of expansion will be increasing for ever , it's impossible to assume the shrinking of universe ? -
Undergrad Will the Universe Shrink and Reignite Life?
Nice ! that makes more sense even when i fill my nonsense  , but please see my next reply . again you are missing what i am saying , I have read that the acceleration of the universe expansion was slowing down , but suddenly the amount of dark energy became more and the acceleration... -
Undergrad Will the Universe Shrink and Reignite Life?
you are right , but my question is different ...pls read it again . let's assume that some force will come into action and the universe starts shrinking back then will the stars and planet be born again ? will the laws of physics imply this possibility ? -
What prevent water from going down further after certain level
wow ! that's what i exactly wanted to know  thanks , one more thing ...when water reaches to touch the heavy materials which are so hot what happens ? water becomes vapour but the water in the upper layer will cool it right ? can you please throw some light on it - vrmuth

I am a math teacher , i know only some basics knowledge of thermodynamics and physics , so i sort of understood what you say here , but if you make it simple ..will be great- vrmuth

Will a planet facing its star always support life ?
yes . I mean it has all the things that are essential for life on Earth , the only thing is that the planet is not rotating itself .- vrmuth

Undergrad Will the Universe Shrink and Reignite Life?
I know the universe in expanding and it's accelerating , so after some trillion of years all the stars will be burn out and the universe will become cooler , the universe will be left with black holes ...now my question is then if suppose it's starts shrinking back then again stars galaxies... -
Will a planet facing its star always support life ?
I think this is the right forum to start this thread, if not i am sorry please somebody change it . suppose a planet is in the right distance from its star and it is rocky , has water and atmosphere but the only thing is it's not rotating itself , i mean it's always facing it's star , then...- vrmuth

What prevent water from going down further after certain level
Hi i have this question in my mind for very long time ,what stops water on Earth from going further down and down and reach the center of the Earth ? i want to know the laws of physics that makes this possible .- vrmuth

High School Can a triple star have a planet around it ?
while the scientists are able to spot some of the planets of distant star , why can't they find it out from the closest star alpha cenaturi ? i thought alpha centauri was a triple star system , isn't it ?
