Which Angle Beam Formulas Are Needed for Building a Motor Home Bed Frame?
Ok I think I've got it now! Now, to translate the results: I'm using input: t = 0.25 inches a = 3 inches b = 3 inches W = 750 pounds L = 80 inches E = 10000000 (Aluminum? I hope) Results for deflection: 26.71 Inches?? This must mean it failed I assume?- xexorz

Hydraulic - flow inside a pipe, how to know the direction?
Are you asking from a practical perspective or just for information? There should be a drop in pressure the further from the source you go (as long as there is flow). Could also cause local turbulence in the line with a small "wall" and put sensors behind and in front of the wall. The wall is...- xexorz

Which Angle Beam Formulas Are Needed for Building a Motor Home Bed Frame?
Thanks much edgepflow! I can't seem to find a chart with the moment of inertia but I did find an equation for it and put it into a PHP program - could you check this against a known L section to see if it jives or if I made an error? If not, can you point me out to a list of L moment of...- xexorz

Which Angle Beam Formulas Are Needed for Building a Motor Home Bed Frame?
I need assistance identifying the required formulae to choose materials in building a span. The actual application is a bed frame of all things - but it can only be end-supported (simple end support). The entire bed will move up and down on rails (this is in a motor home - which is why...- xexorz

Simplest Pulsejet Under Rs.110 - Easy to Build and Start | Watch Video Now!
This is great! I remember as a kid trying to build a reed pulsejet... Got as far as cutting the reeds by coating spring steel w/ paint and scribing lines / reverse electrolysis machining the metal. I'd be interested in seeing dimensions / plans - perhaps I can build one for fun one day...- xexorz
