okkk ulysses listen wht doc al is sayingi found a solid proof of wht i am listing below:-
1-field is ALWAYS zero inside a conductor(which includes a conducting shell) even when there is an external field and even when there is a charge inside.
2-the potential at all points is same whether there...
ur question is similar to mine and the answer to ur ques is the answer to mine
"NOTHING IS PERFECTLY RIGID" and thus only after eigth minutes will the ball at the other end move...
crazy isn't it
ya there exists solid proof a ques of this type came in jee and the key idea to the solution was the following:-
work by gas=work by the weigth+work by external pressure
if there was a velocity and mass then
work by gas=work by weigth+work by external pressure+change in K.E
according to the theory nothing is faster than light so if there were a rod very very long(eigth ligth min long) and then we were to pull it across with a velocity(applying either a force or impulse) then what will happen to the length of the rod?
will it increase becoz the other end of the rod...
u r right for the first part bt for the second part(according to shell theorem by Newton which applies in this case)the electric field inside the shell is zero and thus the potential at the surface is the potential at the centre
okk as u say well i have done a lot of work and research i know tht there is no electric field inside a conductor bt i am not able to prove it mathematically and moreover electrical charges in conductors move to the surface becoz no electric field is there in a conductor becoz if there is a...
