    Sohomore = Gk. Soph- (wise) + moros (fool). I don't doubt that this question has been posited in this forum any number of times, and so I apologize if I am being a chore to anyone, but... In response, the sophomore cracks: "Relative to what?" How does the professor answer the sophomore?
