Are Online Schools Beneficial for Junior High Students?

Im a junior in high school, I do online school. I'm not very bright when it comes to Physics, I'm more of a Biology understanding person haha.. I'm not really sure what to put in this haha... umm yeah.. If you didn't notice I don't talk much about myself...
