Do you know the corresponding years of experience range for Intel pay grade level 7, 8 , 9

I have heard grade 7 PhD, 8 is getting into management and a 9 is executive level? I would specifically like to know what the typical years in a 7 or 8 is. Is that about as high if a level as it gets for the average engineer there?
