Does the many-worlds interpretation allow infinite nested universes at different scales?

Quantum theory shows that every and all posibile states exist.

As we get better at measuring our visible and detectable universe, it becomes ever clearer that we are missing so much.

My question is: If infinity is infinite, then that must apply to scale, could you have infinite multiverses in your left toe nail? Could our visible existence just be part of somewhere else on a different scale that we cannot see?

And is it possible for this to true, just as it is at the very same time to not be.

Both must be true, and all possibilities. To infinity.

So how big bangs have you had in your little right toe?

Quantum theory shows you can break down phisical objects ever further and find ever smaller objects.

You may have gotten that impression from reading non-serious sources, but in fact quantum theory says no such thing.

If you want to learn what quantum theory does say, you might give Giancarlo Ghirardi’s book ”Sneaking a look at God’s cards” a try. It’s no substitute for a serious college level course, but it’s a good layman-friendly introduction to the subject.

Anything involving multiverses is highly speculative and is no part of the modern understanding of quantum theory.
