Can anybody tell me what actually is http://ideal.ae/index.aspx Doors?

I would appreciate if someone could actually explain the whole stuff that goes into making Mineral Core Doors please.

I have no idea how they make mineral core doors, but I think I can tell you why they use exfoliated vermiculite - it's an excellent fire retardant with a very low density.
