I'm just wondering what the general consensus is about M theory?

It was more from the geometry I have been working on. Things seem to work better with 5 dimensions. I know I have no expert opinion I'm am just running into some anomalies. They sound so crazy I don't can't believe them, but I cannot deney they keep popping up. This is why I joined up to see if maybe I'd reads some post that explain it better.
