Need Help with Physics for Mechatronics Projects?

Hi,

I just subscribed to the forums, so let me introduce myself :)

I am a (very!) curious guy who enjoys mechatronics as a hobby. Building small machines often requires physics notions, a field I clearly lack background in ! I hope you can help me, and sorry by advance for the stupidity of my questions :)
