Hi fellow Physics Forums users, I'd like to say I have a maths brain like my uncle who does gravity torsion measurements in his basement and understands the results, but sadly literary skills are more my style, so I'm a science dilettante not a heavy-duty, power-user with deep insights into the innards of our universe. Which is why I write science-fiction novels. But hard science fiction, mind, I enjoy at least considering how known-ish concepts might extrapolate into high-tech gadgets for stories, so your many forums are fun to read. And you provide a dedicated sci-fi thread so I can ask questions without obnoxiously offending those of you discussing more serious matters. Awesome!
