Typing Mathematical Formulas on a Physics Forum: A Beginner's Guide

I am a new member here.
I am a physics student at my country's University.
I hope i can be connected with physicist/physics student across the world

one think that concerns me, how can i type formula here?
for example if i want to type ∫P(x) dx or d^2y/dx^2, how can i do that?
