I become alert to two very similarly spelt, similarly rooted words, but which have drastically different meanings.
Paragraph - a way to organize a piece of writing on paper, or whatever precise definition you like
Paragraphia - disorder, unintended symbols, syllables, or words are written when one writes

The first is an obvious normal construct of writing. The second is a neurological disease or disorder.

In Polish "paragraf" is very rarely used in the context of a typical text (we call part of a text "akapit" there), "paragraf" most often relates to legal context (section or article of act or contract).

Para is at the side of used medically or can be different/incorrect version of. Graphia is writing. EDIT Greek.
