In summary, scientists bring a wide range of diverse backgrounds to the forum, including different educational backgrounds, cultural experiences, and research interests. This diversity allows for a more holistic and innovative approach to scientific discussions and problem-solving, as individuals can draw upon their unique perspectives and expertise. Additionally, diversity in the scientific community promotes inclusivity and helps to challenge biases and stereotypes, ultimately leading to more well-rounded and accurate scientific research and findings.

I was so happy to find this forum.

I have a background as a paramedic, but also a degree in organic chemistry.

I'm an amatuer astronomer, and a published science fiction and also a fantasy author, and am looking foward to bouncing ideas off of everyone here.

Thank you for having me.
