What fields of engineering do you specialize in?

I have just joined the group. I am an engineer working in the area of industrial instrumentation. A lot of my work involves Physics in some way either in analysis or modelling physical processes. I am looking to help and get help.

Thanks - I hope it will be helpful. Its taking me a while to find out how it works but I am getting there. What does "latex" mean apart from the sticky white stuff?

LaTeX is a typesetting language which is extensively used in physics to typeset documents, including mathematical formulae. Here on PF, you can use LaTeX to include more complicated mathematical expressions in your posts, for example:
$$P = \sin^2(2\theta)\sin^2\left(\frac{\Delta m^2 L}{4E}\right)$$
