They say that light cannot escape gravitational pull of black holes, and also that gravitation is due to exchange of graviton particles, how can thy photons give out thy graviton, black holes dont exist

Your comment got garbled at the end. You seem to be concerned that gravitons can't escape from black holes. However, black hole formation greatly distorts time, so that to an outsdie observer it never actually forms. As a result the gravitons the outside observer experiences are from the body becoming a black hole.
