Simple answer:

for example "quantization of electric charge" means that electric charge can only exist in multiples of a certain "fundamental" amount. Specifically, the charge of one electron is the smallest possible charge for a particle, so that amount is known as "e"

If any object has a net electric charge on it, the total chage must be some whole number (no fractions or decimals)times "e."

So you can't have an object with a charge of 1.75 times e, for example.

Quantization means that certain values can only exist as specific (we say "discreet") multiples of a fundamental value.
