Chemokines in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (http://www.biomedcentral.com/1529-7322/4/83/abstract)
Chemokines and disease (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?holding=npg&cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=11175802&dopt=Abstract)
Cytokines and Chemokines in Autoimmune Disease: An Overview (http://www.eurekah.com/abstract.php?chapid=430&bookid=22&catid=7)

Actually i got to design a project.
Since iam interested in Chemokines...
I wanted to do something like....
Docking chemokine...with ....
and running a MD (with AMBER/GROMACS) to check the Energy profiles ??? of all clusters ..
Any idea How and what to start with ??

You should check the following paper
Structure Modeling of the chemokine Receptor CCR5: Implication of Ligand Binding and Selectivity (http://www.biophysj.org/cgi/content/full/83/6/3012)
this paper should help you getting started

Thanks
I got only single paper from that journal. But thats a good start.
Where can i get about the information in metabolic pathways?
I couldnt find Chemokines in KEGG or may be i didnt know where to find in that.
