Hi guys,

Its been said that dec21,2012 is the end of mayan calendar and the end of world.Let us leave the predictions of some calendars and prophets.but,i heard some astronomical information about dec21,2012.they are

1. winter solstice
2. Sun's pole shift
3. Earth's wobble finishes on 2012
4. Sun in the center of milky way
5. Supermassive blackholes in the center of milkyway

would anything happen if sun goes to center of milkyway as there are supermassive blackholes. didn't this happen earlier?didn't sun go to center of milkyway earlier and escape from blackhole?

Its bull*. You've obviously been brainwashed by watching too much History Channel, specifically the show where to say Nostradamus predicts the world ends in 2012 because of "special" alignment that occurs with the center of the galaxy, sun, and the 13th zodiac sign (or something like that). This is more astrology than astronomy.

The sun won't "go" to the center of galaxy. Our solar system is on the outer spirals of the milky way. I think you're referring to an alignment with the galactic equator or something like that.

This is such utter nonsense that I don't even know what to say.

Forget about it!
