1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
An object is 6.3 cm from a convex mirror with a focal length of 10 cm. Use ray tracing to determine the location of its image.
2. Relevant equations
3. The attempt at a solution
1/f = 1/s + 1/s'
1/f - 1/s = 1/s'
1/10 - 1/6.3 = -0.0587 cm ^ -1 = -17.027 cm
what am I doing wrong?
