If energy causes to things to "move faster" would'nt the purest form of energy have the highest velocity of all matter, even faster than photons, or are photons the purest form of energy?

If energy causes to things to "move faster"

But it doesn't always do that. For example, sometimes an energy increase causes things to "be higher" (as in a gravitational field).

would'nt the purest form of energy...

There is no "purest form of energy"...

...have the highest velocity of all matter,

...and energy doesn't have a velocity.
