many people have sent me links to answer my questions. i have read them and i do understand them. i have the ability to picture how general relativity works. however when i see mathematical formulas on these sights u send me they really mean nothing. is there a link you can send me that i can learn gr formulas from?
You might want to consider buying a book, even if you're just going to read a couple of chapters. I like Wald's book (http://www.amazon.com/General-Relativity-Robert-M-Wald/dp/0226870332/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1212434320&sr=8-1) a lot, but maybe some of the newer books are even better.
Maybe you'll find the links in this thread (http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=237293) useful too.
