Hi iitjee10! :smile:

Impulse of force (or torque) is force (or torque) times time.

(as opposed to work done , which is force times distance)

Impulse = change in momentum

(as opposed to force = rate of change in momentum)

Did you have a specific type of problem in mind? :smile:
