SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the optimal frequency for waking a person, with a consensus leaning towards waking once a day. However, an alternative interpretation suggests that "waking up" could refer to stimulation, in which case the use of direct current without a frequency is proposed. The emphasis is on maintaining continuous stimulation once initiated.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of sleep cycles and their impact on waking frequency
  • Knowledge of electrical stimulation techniques
  • Familiarity with direct current applications in stimulation
  • Basic concepts of human physiology related to wakefulness
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the effects of sleep cycles on optimal waking times
  • Explore direct current stimulation methods and their applications
  • Investigate the physiological responses to different stimulation frequencies
  • Learn about the impact of continuous stimulation on alertness and performance
USEFUL FOR

Sleep researchers, electrical engineers, health professionals, and anyone interested in optimizing wakefulness and stimulation techniques.

Unless you mean "Wake up" in the sense of "Stimulate". In this case I will use direct current, no frequency. And once it is on, never push off switch
