I want to study Sociobiology.How I should start? does it need thorough knowledge of
Sociology & Biology or other fields Like Antropology, Ethology and....Thanks.

Biology is a must.

You should also take specialized courses on evolution and adaptive fitness analysis, and since these may well involve statistics and maths, don't skimp on those topics, either!

It will certainly be advantageous to take some courses on anthropology, but beware of the unempirical biases within the social "sciences".
